Session 1: DISC behavioral style basics, assessment debrief and exploration of the benefits of understanding one’s own style

Session 2: Recognizing DISC styles in others and how to adapt communication for improved results

Session 3: DISC Reality Check: Validate internalization of DISC basics, debrief and sharing of recent experiences, explore questions and other situations where DISC may be applied (teambuilding, leadership, sales, customer service, etc.) 

DISC is an objective and highly accurate measure of a person’s behavioral tendencies when confronted by four (4) outside influences in their environment:

Dominance - How a person responds to problems and challenges.

Influence - How a person influences others to his or her point of view.

Steadiness - How a person responds to the pace of the environment.

Compliance - How a person responds to rules and procedures set by others.
