GFC-006 DISC Behavioral Preferences Introduction and Integration

Learning Objective: Discover and explore your natural behavioral style, as well as how others may perceive you. Recognize the importance of adapting your style for mutual and maximum success using proven tools and experiential techniques.  

This three (3) part program explains the powerful and easy to understand DISC behavioral assessment, using your own results to unleash your full potential and dramatically enhance your individual effectiveness, relationship building and communication.

Session 1: DISC behavioral style basics, assessment debrief and exploration of the benefits of understanding one’s own style

Session 2: Recognizing DISC styles in others and how to adapt communication for improved results
