Jean is a Human Relations and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Consultant and a certified Mediator who has a passion for supporting positive personal and professional relationships. Her brand is helping people and relationships move to a better feeling place.
In her consultant practice, Jean co-founded Emotional Intelligence AT WORK™, a
G-FORCE Collaborations professional leadership development program; is a partner in the firm of Caras & Associates, Inc., a consulting firm which specializes in Alternative Dispute Resolution Systems; and has developed and delivered numerous professional development trainings.
Prior to becoming an independent consultant, Jean was an employee of Eastman Kodak Company where she served in a variety of roles including Human Resources Manager and Dispute Resolution Specialist.
Jean engages in a variety of venues to fulfill her commitment for creating a better feeling place for people. She is a Board Member of The Center for Dispute Settlement and Spirit House…a Healing Community for Religious Women; and past Board Member of the Rochester Women’s Council and the Women’s Forum of Kodak Employees.
Jean currently volunteers for LifeTime Care Hospice and CompassionNet.
