Paul Randall Camp is a strategist, facilitator, improvisational leader and virtual team builder who promotes others’ self-discovery that they might take that next “first step”. Since 2004, Paul has generated worldwide sales of over $1.3 Billion in the conflict resolution and disaster relief marketplace for a Global 150 Company. Paul successfully progressed through increasingly responsible and challenging senior corporate positions in strategy, sales, marketing, finance, business administration and operations at corporate and major project offices in New York, New Jersey, Argentina and South Carolina in over 35 years in the engineering, construction, procurement, and equipment rental industry.
Paul’s Government and Corporate Clients have included the United States Department of Defense: the US Army, Air Force and Navy, the United States National Security Agency, US Department of Homeland Security, US Department of State, US Agency for International Development, US Department of Energy, Rochester Gas & Electric, Minera Alumbrera Limited and Santos GLNG. That work involved the successful deployment of construction equipment, vehicles, light armored vehicles, small tools, repair parts, logistics support and fleet maintenance teams in Iraq, Afghanistan, The Philippines, Africa, Haiti, the Middle East, Southwest Asia, South America, Europe, Southeast Asia, North America, Argentina and Australia.
Paul has published articles internationally in The Army Engineer and The Military Engineer, served on professional association keynote panels and has held a Top Secret Government Clearance. His formal education includes the Harvard Business School Executive Education Program, an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science cum laude degree from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
Paul has run several marathons, enjoys the game of tennis and trains as a boxer. With his wife Roberta, Paul has raised two amazing children and has called Spartanburg, South Carolina home for the last 17 years.
